Terms of Sale
Important Information:
You should carefully read the following Terms
and Conditions. Your purchase implies that you have read
and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Out-of-Stock Items:
Out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from all orders after 2 unsuccessful attempts to acquire the item(s)
from the manufacturers. This can happen when an item has been discontinued or is on backorder by the
manufacturer or is otherwise unavailable.
We display "quantity-on-hand" for parts and o-ring kits. For tools,
fasteners and accessories we display "in-stock" or "special order". These counts are updated in the evening,
but orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Parts and o-ring kits are ordered Tuesday or Wednesday each week for out-of-stock items.
If an item is on backorder with the manufacturer and still on backorder the following week, it will be removed
from our purchase order and any open customer orders. If a customer order has in-stock items remaining
they will be processed.
Tools, fasteners and accessories are replenished as needed.
Payment Methods:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit Cards with the
Visa/MC Hologram are also accepted.
Pricing:
We have tried to be as accurate as possible, however if our suppliers increase prices or there is a
typographical error, an actual price may be higher than on the website. If a price is
more than stated on your order we will contact you for instructions before shipping.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled prior to processing without incurring any fees.
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Order Modifications:
Changing an order or combining multiple orders will incur a processing fee of $4.00.
We would prefer you cancel an order that is incomplete or inaccurate and place a new order.
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
Shipping:
Orders ship within 2 business days whenever possible.
Out of stock items will ship when stock arrives, usually within 10 - 15 days.
Multiple orders going to the same address may be shipped together at our option.
In order to ship to an address other than your billing address, you must first have your credit
card company add it as an alternative shipping address. Please call the number on the back of your
credit card to do this.
Delivery of goods:
Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected. We hope that you are pleased
with your purchase. Please check the contents of your order to ensure it is correct.
Claims will not be allowed after 5 days of the delivery date. If there is obvious damage to
your package bring it to the attention of the carrier and notify us immediately. Refused
deliveries are treated as returns, see below.
Returns:
All returns must have a RMA# (return authorization number) written on the package (RMA# may be
obtained by email). Goods must be in unused condition and in original un-opened packaging with all
paperwork. Repair kits, o-ring kits and repair parts are not returnable. Returns must be sent
pre-paid and insured to:

Refunds will be less the original
out-going shipping costs and a minimum restocking fee of 25%. The return
shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Packages that cannot be delivered, refused deliveries, incorrect address etc.
will also incur any return shipment charges.
No
returns accepted after ten days of receipt of goods.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be collected on all shipments delivered within New York state unless we have your tax
exemption certificate on file.
Special Handling:
Oversize packages: Large items that weigh very little and/or ship via air, such as empty tool
cases, may incur additional shipping charges. We will either change the shipping method to ground or
notify you if there will be an additional charge.
Incorrect address: A processing fee will be charged to correct an address when delivery cannot be
made at the address you supplied. Currently this fee is $5.00 plus a minimum of $8.00 per package.
Undeliverable packages: Packages returned as undeliverable will incur return shipping charges
as well as restocking fees.
